This is a great hotel if you're passing through or sticking around a bit longer. Right off the highway makes it really convenient and the views from the restaurant and some rooms is incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a little rough, but that's minor. The rooms are comfortable. Wifi is a little weak at times, but it gets the job done. Overall a great place to stay.
Overall clean and your standard hotel. The front staff we dealt with which were Nathan and Heather were extremely welcoming, friendly, polite and treated you as though you were a local lol. So kind. Quick to help, gather extra things for our stay and take care of us. The rooms were extremely clean, beds and pillows uncomfortable though but that wouldn’t be the case for everyone. The hotel looked well kept. No elevator which doesn’t matter as it is only 3 floors I believe (Basement, main and 3rd) and there was only one small flight of stairs to get to the third floor which was the top. View out our room was good, you can see water (also a huge McDonald’s sign) but was not in the way of the distant water and mountains. Overall a good spot and would stay again.
The service was great, and the server was attentive.. the burger and salad were fantastic. The appetizer was ok, spinach dip. My friend liked the pulled pork mac and cheese. It was very busy on a Friday night. Making a reservation would ensure a seat.
CSR Front Desk receptionist Blake was friendly and kind. He allowed us to check in early as we arrived early in the day for a medical appointment. Service was excellent. Thank you Blake.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was perched on a hill with a nice view of the city. It was also within walking distance of a mall. The hotel itself seemed quite modern and clean. The room was nice with a very functional washroom. Parking was free. Breakfast was not included, but there was a restaurant attached.
Loved this hotel. Beds are very comfortable, rooms clean, staff is very welcoming, restaurant delicious. I'm not sure what's up with the bedsheets, but I really want to know how they get them that soft so I can do the same at home. It's definitely our first choice next time we're in the area!
